Fight Against Tuberculosis


Every year nine million people develop tuberculosis and two million people die from tuberculosis in the world.  The global TB burden is increasing because of the AIDS epidemic as TB/HIV co-infection increases.


RIT/JATA is promoting international cooperation in the fight against global tuberculosis.
